I started CrossFit in April, 2013. I wanted to start weight training seriously, and one of my friends told me CrossFit is out there and interesting.
First time I visited to Daikanyama, I thought everybody is so fit! In addition, coaches give advice on nutrition and training methods that I really wanted to know about, so I chose DKY.
The biggest change since I started RCFDKY is that the order of priorities in my life. The value that I seek had changed, and that gives changes to my social experiences.
I learn how to keep striving toward the things I wish to accomplish. CF benefits your lifestyle changes for better.
I really never set goals as an athlete, but it is needed to attain a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to improve strength inside and out.
Try something outside of your box, and create your space out there (by one of the coaches)
In CF, you could experience many things not just physically, but also spiritually. You will learn some movements that you had never imagined you were capable of.
I cannot put into words the feelings when you could do something that you thought you cannot.
CF is the program for everybody at any age, and at any level. If you are not a member yet, please take a trial lesson!

I first started CrossFit in January of this year (2013). Just as CrossFit is known to be the ultimate functional training method, by strengthening basic body movements, I can feel improvements in my daily life. One of CrossFit's unique features is training together with other members. The workouts can be tough but all members encourage each other to completion and this becomes addictive! I really enjoy the awesome community here comprised of women and men of multiple races, ages and experience levels! I have also found CrossFit is the fastest exercise method to burn fat!2013/05/11
