BEGINNER CLASS

Don’t worry if you’re not very athletic. Get off to a comfortable start in a class just for beginners! Held every Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

    Actually, many of the people who come to our gym start out with the same concerns.
    “I just want to get some exercise” or “This looks fun”-curiosity alone is reason enough!

    Do you ever feel embarrassed if you can’t do the same things as everyone else?
    In CrossFit, everyone works out at the same time, but you don’t have to lift the same weights or do the same number of reps as everyone else.

    Our coaches tailor the workout routines to each person’s fitness level and teach everything from the ground up, so you have nothing to worry about—whether you’re a complete beginner or haven’t worked out in a while.

Let’s start with the “Beginners-Only Class”!
For those who feel nervous about jumping right into a class with experienced members, our gym offers trial classes exclusively for beginners.
・Everyone starts from the same place.
・A step-by-step tutorial starting with the basics.
・Take your time-go at your own pace!

The classmates I worked hard with in this class are, so to speak, like my “classmates.”
Once you get the hang of it, it might be a good idea to take the plunge and join a regular class with that friend.
You can feel at ease because this class is for beginners “only”
This introductory class is limited to those who have been doing CrossFit for one month or less.
